Now visualize, in your inner vision, a diamond-shaped breastplate that covers your entire midsection. The top of the breastplate diamond-tip, stops at your chin. The lower breastplate diamond-tip, stops 2 inches beneath your perineum, or undercarriage. The sides of the breastplate extend 2 inches out from your elbow joint areas.
